Native New Yorker, Marc Jacobs started his design profession when he attended Parsons School of Design in 1981. A fashion executive took immediate notice of showing his senior collection and receiving some of the school’s highest honors. They made conversation and partnership based on two very simple concepts: “a love for fashion and a commitment to quality.”
Marc Jacobs was happy to present his very first collection in collaboration with Safilo Group, introduction a range of sunglasses and Marc Jacobs frames that are defined by clean, linear design and with sophisticated, unusual and original details.
